Return Policy

At Saneswap.com, we attempt to help you make the best purchase. However, if you need to return/exchange a product for any reason we have a hassle-free return policy for you.

Exchange and Return are possible under the following conditions:

30 Days Exchange Policy

Return the product to Saneswap.com within 30 days from the date of product delivery, under the 30 days exchange policy and purchase a new product of your choice.

Customized product that includes engraved/personalized products ordered in accordance to specific instructions from the Customer is not eligible for a 30 days exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance department will review it. Any item that indicates signs of wear or tear, damage, or has been altered/resized (other than the company) will not be accepted for 30 days exchange.

We grant you a complimentary return shipping for all products under the 30-Day Exchange policy.

Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice Copy must accompany with the product/s for exchange legible under the 30 Day Exchange period. In the absence of the original certificate, the company will send the product to our product quality check team for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by company.

The exchange amount reimbursed to the customer is 100% of the actual value paid. If the customer has availed any Discount, Promo Codes, or Coupon during the original purchase, the exchange amount will reduce by an equivalent amount related with the Discount, Promo Codes, or Coupon, as applicable.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer pay the difference of amount between the values of the new chosen product and previously paid old product.

However, if the new product purchased is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded to the customer’s mode of original payment, i.e., credit card/debit card/bank within 10-15 days of product’s receipt.

30 Days Money Back Policy

Return the product, except the customized jewelry or bridal wear to Bridesmaid.in within 30 days from the date of product delivery, under the 30 Days Money Back Policy and obtain the refund.

A customized product that includes personalized/engraved items shall not be accepted by the company under the 30 days money back policy.

Our Quality Assurance department will check the returned item, upon receiving it. Any products that show signs of damage or have been altered/resized (other than the company) shall not be accepted for 30 days money back.

A complimentary return shipping for all eligible products within the 30 Day Money Back policy is applicable.

It is mandatory to attach the Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice Copy with the returned product. However, if the customer is unable to produce the original certificate, the company will send the product item to our product quality check team for recertification. Company will bear the certification and shipping costs.

The money back sum will be 100% of original price for the product. If during the original purchase any Coupon, Promo Codes, or Discount were used, the exchange amount will be reduced by an equivalent amount matching the value of the Coupon, Promo Codes, or Discount, as applicable.

The payment will be refunded to the original source of payment done, i.e., to credit card/bank account/debit card within 10-15 working days upon receiving the product.

Repairs & Resizing

Under a circumstance, if your product/s needs repair/resizing, the company shall repair/replace the product for a fee determined on an individual case basis. If the customer requests for a refund, the balance amount will be credited into your bank account within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.

Customer will bear the shipping & delivery charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy.

Bridesmaid.co.in reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Return Policy at any time without giving prior notice.
